I’m a data strategy and digital transformation leader with 15+ years across consulting and product, working at the intersection of analytics modernization, data governance/operating models, and business architecture. My style is pragmatic and outcomes-driven: align leaders on what matters, translate vision into delivery, and build the structures (ownership, standards, ways of working) that make change stick.

My toolkit blends systems thinking, computational thinking, and business architecture to design solutions that work in practice across people, process, data, and platforms.

Outside of client work, I’m a neurodiversity advocate and an active builder. I program (Python/C and increasingly Rust) to sharpen problem-solving, assist AI get better, explore emerging ideas, and contribute to open-source. I also hold workshops and educate professionals on logical fallacies in the hope of elevating discourse and fostering clarity in the workplace and beyond.
